add rain1.ogg and rain2.ogg?  probably need background support for it, with the ability to taper down/loop/stop

MOBS

There would be expections made, for the zombie dog for example and for
whatever mobs other builders requested. Mobs could also be added to these
lists.
Not suggesting doing it for vampires, since they tend to be much less
generic entities.

For mob pre-aggro growling -- different growls based on mob type?


Sound for wood woad damage reflection stabs? Maybe metal construct too.  

Sound for lifesteal? For other intrinsic spells it doesn't make sense, like
the "damage" spells, but I think sound for lifesteal does.

Also this special effect spell needs a help page.
