If you were given the opportunity to be a steam-borg, would you accept? Why/Why not? If yes, what sort of modifications would you get? Would you engage in steam-borg bloodsports? Why/Why not?

It would depend very much on the capabilities of the hardware and how it compared to my current/existing.

You have current/existing body modifications? What kind?

The sky is the limit for steamborgs. anything that can be powered by steam, pretty much.

This is really, really limiting, as I'm currently powered by chemical-bond based energy sources which are much more compact and more easily delivered.  I'm not aware of any high-performance computing systems based on steam technology, except in cases where steam is used for bulk electricity generation to power other systems.
