DISCLAIMER: the way the bidding system works as far as specific and "all" bids is that ones that are more specific will typically trump the general "all" bids. i.e. X bids 30 dollars on tank set, Y bids 50 dollars for everything, Y's bid would divided by the total amount of seperate sets (4) and would come out 12.5 for the tank set, thus X would still have his bid on the tank set. essentially, "all" bids are separated and allocated to each slot as an individual bid.
