Tabbing

When I alt-tab through windows, for some reason if I have a status window (for this example, spells) up it tabs to that window instead and doesn't show me the actual alter aeon window.  The result is when I tab to alter aeon I end up tabbing to spells and have to click the actual alter aeon window in order to input commands.  Is there a way to change this so that I can just tab to it and start typing???

This is on my 'to fix' list, but honestly I don't know if it can be (with this toolkit.)  The way top level windows are handled is seriously fucky and it's not at all clear to me that it can be fixed.

I'll try to take another look at it next time I'm in windows.
