How are ppk xp death caps calculated?
For example, how much higher level does my opponent have to be in order to lose 30mil xp when I kill them?

It looks to me like the system works off of (total levels + primary level). If the totals are within 12 of each other, its a mid level kill. If more than +12, its a high level kill, and more than -12 is a low level kill. The exp caps change at these points as well.
