My strengths aren't in advertising. That being said, I'm suggesting it might be a good idea to have highly visible link on the forum back to the alter aeon home page.   My experience is that I find interesting posts in a forum via search engine all the time; easy links back to a home page increase the chances I investigate.

Yes, thank you.  That was something we had planned as a banner, but never got around to, prior to forgetting about it completely.  It will be accomplished directly.
