That list is somewhat buggy, I'm not sure where your list data came from.

The most notable exceptions are that the Watery and Meyaa characters have never been ppk.

Some other random corrections: Woem bought his flag off, Margorp character is defunct, and Glorida was admined.

I could probably do a player file scan to search for all PPK chars, but I suspect that's just not within scope of what the admin should be doing right now.  On the other hand, just how useful is a PPK list anyway?  Is it really even useful?

I've a set of triggers and aliases called wanted/friend that colors a persons name Red/Green on who and where for easier detection. Why Watery and Meyaa are listed I've no idea.

It's pretty useful actually, especially for ppk.
